The Learning Journey
Roadmapping & Development
Participants will learn to quantify technological progress over time and develop roadmaps, an effective strategy for incorporating new tech into a long-term R&D plan. As they examine the history of technology, they will also explore its fundamental limits and the theory and empirical evidence for technological evolution.
Strategy & Portfolio Analysis
Professionals will expand on those same foundations, making the natural progression from managing individual technologies to handling a diverse range of them simultaneously. To do so, participants will discover how to elaborate an efficient technology portfolio using a combination of roadmaps while examining the relationships between different technologies.
What is a Bundle Program?
A Bundle Program is the conjunction of two MIT Professional Education online programs. The goal of these programs is to provide an all-encompassing, more in-depth vision of a specific area of expertise, allowing professionals to partake in an 18-week learning journey to acquire new knowledge and develop new skills.

In addition, you will receive two Certificates of Completion
All participants who successfully complete the bundle program will receive two MIT Professional Education Certificates of Completion: One for Management of Technology: Roadmapping & Development, and one for Management of Technology: Strategy & Portfolio Analysis.
To obtain CEUs, complete the accreditation confirmation, which is available at the end of the course. CEUs are calculated for each course based on the number of learning hours.
